GreCon BELTVIEW is a laser-based 3D inspection system for the automated monitoring of conveyor belt surfaces.

The system uses line lasers to measure the entire belt surface. The captured surface condition is analysed online through intelligent image processing, allowing surface damage such as impact defects to be detected and signalled at any time.

Inspection of the conveyor belt surface takes place automatically. Its compact design enables inspection even in hard-to-reach conveyor systems. The information on the belt’s condition can be used for various purposes – for example, to estimate the remaining service life or as a preliminary analysis for manual belt inspections and repairs.
