Summary

Diversion gates are accessory parts of the GreCon Spark Extinguishing System which can mechanically close transport ducts and divert the material flow to a branch.

Specifications

• Area of application: in positive pressure ducts and drop chutes only, suitable for corrosive media and for use in the food industry
• Material: steel, stainless steel on request
• Release: electropneumatially via control console
• Drive: pneumatic drive by air cylinder, incl. protective grating
• Switch-over time: 0.1 to 0.4 s, depending on nominal width
• Compressed air supply: 4 to 6 bar, to be provided by the customer
• Control: automatic release and reset via control console, optionally: electrical control unit for manual operation “open/close”
