A fast and targeted response begins with reliable detection. That is why SCOUT relies on GreCon's intelligent IDT® detection technology, which ensures maximum detection performance under all operating conditions. Even in demanding environments with dust, extraneous light or changing temperatures, SCOUT detects reliably and precisely. Whatever your challenge – whether high temperatures, smouldering nests, sparks or open flames – the adjustable sensitivity allows the SCOUT system to be flexibly adapted to the respective hazard situation and existing plant concepts. This means that our detectors integrate seamlessly into existing systems and offer you tailor-made protection – exactly where it is needed.

Not every sensor is suitable for every environment – extreme heat, long distances or areas that are difficult to access place special demands on detection. For such cases, the GreCon product range offers suitable solutions such as thermal imaging cameras for monitoring piles of bulk material, fibre optic systems for high temperatures or special thermal and explosion detectors.

Intelligent automatic extinguishing with lightning-fast response

The GreCon HUNTER series stands for high-precision, automated extinguishing of sparks and ignition sources – in milliseconds, using the finest water mist. At its heart is Intelligent Extinguishment Technology (GreCon IET®): Not only does it ensure effective extinguishing processes, it also enhances them with smart diagnostic functions and continuous system monitoring.

Modern sensor technology records critical parameters such as flow pressure, temperature curves and the condition of nozzles and valves in real time – and detects deviating trends at an early stage before they impair the extinguishing effect. Optional integrated functions such as frost protection and leak detection further increase operational safety – even under challenging conditions.

The result: an automatic extinguishing system for maximum availability, minimal intervention and preventive fire protection on a whole new level.

Not every process allows the use of water. In these cases, alternative measures are used, such as flushing with pipe diverters or shutting off with pipe shut-off valves or drop knife gates.

GreCon RANGER

The command centre for your fire protection

In conjunction with MISSION CONTROL, GreCon RANGER represents a new type of decentralised control for preventive fire protection measures. RANGER takes on the role of command centre directly on site.

The intelligent control module is integrated close to detectors and extinguishing systems. Within a clearly defined area, RANGER processes incoming signals close to the protected object in milliseconds – autonomously, precisely and without detours via central instances.

Thanks to its decentralised architecture, GreCon RANGER reduces cabling costs by up to 80%, thereby lowering installation costs and creating the basis for future-proof system expansions through modern SPE (Single Pair Ethernet) cabling. All measures taken are reported back to MISSION CONTROL in real time – for maximum transparency, seamless tracking and centralised evaluation of all protection processes in the system.

The new generation of intelligent spark detection control panels is much more than just a modern, user-friendly interface – it is the heart of smart fire protection strategies. As a central unit, GreCon MISSION CONTROL takes preventive fire protection to a new level: it collects, analyses and visualises safety-related data, controls the entire system architecture and enables the coordination of predictive maintenance measures.

In conjunction with decentralised units such as the GreCon RANGER series, it forms the command centre of an intelligent protection system. At the same time, MISSION CONTROL remains compatible with proven architectures – even earlier generations of control units remain compatible. For protection solutions that grow smartly with you. In existing GreCon systems, MISSION CONTROL takes over the higher-level control logic, while decentralised units such as the GreCon RANGER demonstrate their strengths directly on site.
