To ensure that the extinguishing capacity remains available at all times, the IEM Max Plus configuration monitors flow rate, ball valve position and flow pressure. It also detects over- and under-temperature conditions, valve and nozzle wear, and the first signs of leaks. This allows maintenance requirements to be identified at an early stage and addressed in a targeted manner. Smart predictive monitoring is essential for reliable extinguishing under real-world conditions. Tool-free installation ensures the module is quickly ready for use again.

The advanced sensors not only enable automatic wear detection, but also enhance operational safety through proactive maintenance planning. Depending on the configuration level, various diagnostic and monitoring functions are available for this purpose.

What makes the system unique on the market is that GreCon HUNTER IEM monitors all relevant extinguishing parameters, not just the actual activation. It checks whether water is flowing, whether the flow pressure is correct, whether the pressure-boosting system is operating correctly and whether the water supply is secure.

The early detection of low pressure or blocked nozzles enables problems to be rectified quickly before they become a safety risk. Plant operators thus benefit from high system availability and can be confident that the fire-extinguishing system will actually be operational in an emergency.

After all, not all fire suppression systems are the same! When the system is triggered, the spray nozzle must function flawlessly to ensure that the water is distributed evenly and produces numerous fine droplets.
