As part of a comprehensive meta-analysis, which the organization "Leading Employers" carried out independently this year, Fagus-GreCon was compared with over 160,000 German companies. The analysis of "LEADING EMPLOYERS" is in the meta-analysis format the world's most comprehensive study on employer qualities. It translates a wide range of criteria into a holistic assessment. The comprehensive meta-analysis examines the employee-friendliness of companies: objectively and holistically, based on several million metadata that are obtained from freely available secondary sources. Subjects such as satisfaction, understanding of values, health and employee offers were put to the test. Evaluation portals, surveys, audits, studies, etc. were used as sources. The feedback from employees, applicants, experts and the public was taken into account.
